Nutrition is important. This series was created in collaboration with a certified chef from the Iowa Department of Education to produce a seventeen-part, educational video series based on recipes from a culinary competition, as well as foundational information to know when in a school kitchen. This educational video series was made in collaboration with the USDA's Team Nutrition and the Choose Iowa Student Culinary Competition.
